# How to Redeem?

## Here’s the step-by-step process for the recipient to redeem the reward:

**Step 1:** You will receive an email with the details of your Paypal amount. Click on ‘Redeem’.

**Step 2:** Once you click on ‘Redeem’, you will be redirected externally to claim the reward. Now, click on ‘Redeem’ again.

**Step 3:** Choose your country and click on the Paypal icon below as shown in the screenshot

**Step 4:** Now, enter your registered email address with Paypal to transfer the amount to your Paypal wallet.

**Step 5:** Once you initiate the transfer to your Paypal wallet, you will receive an email notifying you of the same to your registered email address and the date of the payment initiated.

**Step 6:** On the next screen you can track the delivery status of the money transferred to your Paypal wallet by clicking on the ‘Track Status’ button and review the transferred amount.

**Step 7:** Finally, you will receive a confirmation email from Paypal to your registered email address to notify you of the successful transaction.

### About the Paypal card usage:

1. Claim the amount transferred to your Paypal account within 1 month or it will be returned to the sender.
2. Once claimed & amount added to your Paypal account, it cannot be canceled.
3. Please input your name & registered PayPal account email on the page.
4. Your funds should be available in your PayPal account within 1 day.
5. Actual amount will be added based on the Forex exchange on a daily basis to your Paypal Account.
6. Paypal amount can be used online only wherever it is applicable.
7. This Paypal product can only be issued for employee rewards/channel incentives/consumer campaigns/loyalty programs.
8. This Paypal product cannot be issued for Facebook advertising payments, cannot be procured for business-related payments, or any program that is not part of a reward/incentive use case.

10. TAT for delivering the amount to your Paypal account is between 7-10 working days.
