# Rewards API

Organizations use Xoxoday’s Rewards API to manage millions of rewards delivered globally. We've designed the API so that all major functionality available via the web UI is available here.

This developer guide will provide you with the information you need to integrate with the Xoxoday catalog and start placing orders.

## **How To Get Started**

* Review this site to find out how the Xoxoday Rewards APIs work and to understand the integration effort and requirements.
* [Contact our sales team](mailto:cs@xoxoday.com), they will provide you with more information, work with you on pricing, and set up demos for the platform as needed. Once you're signed up, you will be assigned an implementation project manager who will work with you and your team on the technical kick-off and integration.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://xoxoday.gitbook.io/plum/developer-resources/overview-of-reward_api.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
