What are gift vouchers?

E-gift vouchers are gift vouchers (Ex: Flipkart, Myntra, Lifestyle, etc.,) available on Xoxoday.

You can use Xoxo points to redeem the e-gift vouchers.

Each brand has a different way of redeeming. We suggest you go through the β€œTerms & Conditions” and β€œHow to Use” sections for that particular brand that you wish to redeem and then use your xoxo points accordingly.

The order will be delivered to your mail ID instantly. Please check your spam box/junk/promotional/updates folders just in case.

We make it a point to deliver the vouchers instantly, however, if there is a delay from the vendor's side, it might take up to 24 to 48 hours.

If you are still unable to find the voucher, please write to or click on "" on the header of this page. You can also WhatsApp us at +91 080 61915050.

Every gift voucher has a specific validity and specific time delivery. You will be able to find the validity of the voucher and the T&C of the voucher at the time of purchase. Please note that the validity of the voucher cannot be extended and the vouchers cannot be canceled after delivery to the recipient.

How to use a brand voucher?

The reward email will have the redirecting link to the brand website if its online, you can use the instruction to redeem the voucher.

Every gift voucher has a specific validity and specific time delivery. You will be able to find the validity of the voucher and the T&C of the voucher at the time of purchase. Please note that the validity of the voucher cannot be extended and the vouchers cannot be canceled after delivery to the recipient.

I can't access my mail. How do I know about the voucher code?

Please write to cs@xoxoday.com with your official email id and company details. Xoxoday will send you a copy of the voucher code. You can also WhatsApp us at +91 8061915050 or raise a help ticket from the header of this page.

What if I haven’t received my voucher details?

  • Please check the order status, if delivered voucher details will be available in your inbox, spam, or Junk folder.

  • If pending - Please check the Terms and conditions for delivery turnaround time.

I need to resend the voucher to my alternative email ID. I don't have access to the work email right now.

What if my gift card/voucher is stolen/there is fraud detected?

Is there any validity for gift vouchers?

Yes, every gift voucher has a specific validity, please check the T&C while placing the order.

I have placed the order for a gift voucher. Will I get a physical voucher delivered to my address?

No physical vouchers are sent for any gift vouchers. These are the e-vouchers that are sent only to your provided mail ID.

Why is there a delay in voucher delivery?

Most of the vouchers are delivered instantly. There are a few vouchers with the defined TAT (Turn Around Time) and it is mentioned on our website under T&C. This will help you to know the delivery TAT.

I have tried to redeem the voucher; however, I get an error message stating the code is β€œInvalid/Used”, why?

Where to add my Xoxo voucher if received, in the Stores portal?

Currently, we do not support the feature to add xoxo code to your account and use it during the time of checkout. This is something our team is currently working on and will be getting this feature live soon.

Is there a Validity for points and Xoxo code?

Yes, xoxo points and xoxo codes are usually valid for one year. You can view all such necessary details in the term and condition section on the specific gift voucher page
