Automated Rewards on Completion of Survey

The integration allows you to set up Reward automation Campaigns on Xoxoday Plum and send out rewards to respondents who complete the survey. Not just that, the survey respondents can choose gifts, perks, and experiences of their choice from Xoxoday’s extensive global catalog. You can also restrict the number of rewards sent out based on criteria like - campaign time range, Maximum Reward count, etc.

Built-in Approval Workflows

Integration with Xoxoday allows you to have complete control over who among your respondents to send the rewards to. The built-in approval system lets you review and approve respondents individually or in bulk. This ensures that there are no repeat claims that take place.

Customized Communication Templates

Survey rewards can be sent to respondents through customized email templates to represent your organizational DNA - with your own logo, messaging, and images so they are instantly recognized and don’t get lost in their inbox.

How does the Integration Work?

Follow the step-by-step guide to set-up the integration between Xoxoday and Qualtrics, and create & run reward campaigns.

Step 1:

Go to Qualtrics App Marketplace > Customer Experience and Search for Xoxoday Plum

Step 2:

Click on the “Request Demo” button and fill in the details to get started.

Step 3:

Now, you will be shared a redirection link to the Xoxoday app registration process.

Log-in/Sign-up to your Xoxoday account with admin credentials to access the Xoxoday admin dashboard.

Step 4:

Click on the Recharge option on the Menu bar to Recharge your Plum Account for the Reward automation campaign.


Step 5

Click on Add Funds and Proceed with the Payment. Click here to know how to recharge your account.

The recharged amount will now be reflected in your Xoxoday Wallet.

Step 6:

Once you have enough funds in your Xoxoday account, click on the Qualtrics extension to Create a new Reward automation campaign.

Click on the “Create New” button to start a new Reward Campaign.

Step 7:

  • Now, select a survey for which you want the respondent to be rewarded using Select a Survey. Also, define a reward amount that you want your Survey respondent to receive using the denomination dropdown.

Now click on Proceed.

Step 8:

  • You will now be redirected to a page to "Set up Trigger Settings" for rewards distribution. By default, rewards will be sent automatically to anyone completing your survey. You can also set up a reward distribution logic based on the custom time range or maximum reward count.

This can be changed to manual approval to send the rewards to respondents only once you approve them.

Step 9:

Next, you can create a campaign or Choose an existing one to customize the Plum storefront based on the use case.

You can also customize the email template with personalized branding to be sent to the survey respondents.

Now click on the Launch button to activate the Qualtrics Reward automation.

Step 10:

Navigate through the various Reward Automations → click on any specific Reward automation to take action like changing Reward Automation status (active to inactive), track the number of rewards distributed, etc. from your Qualtrics integration page on Xoxoday Plum.
