Points are the currency on Empuls. You can use points to reward users or give them gifts (e.g., on their birthday). As the first step, you should set the conversion rate of the points and then create points to begin the process of rewarding. You only need to pay for these points at the time of redemption.
A conversion rate is necessary to start using points on the account. You can configure the rate of conversion of points to currency. Reward points may be used as currency on the rewards catalog to purchase gift cards or experiences.
Note : Conversion rate can be updated only until your first Empuls wallet recharge.
Navigate to Settings -->REWARDS & RECOGNITION SETTINGS--> Manage Org Budgets , Click on Update.

The Conversion value can be updated only till the first Empuls wallet recharge .
Manage your rewards and recognition budget here. Create points on the fly as and when you need them.
Navigate to Settings --> Manage Org Budgets.
Manage Org Budgets dashboard provides you with a snapshot of the points you have created in the Manage Organisational R&R Budget in the company's account.
Click on CREATE POINTS to add or deduct points into your account. This opens the points addition page.
Enter the points required for the organization. Click on CREATE. This updates the point balance.
Click on CREATE POINTS to add or deduct points into your account. This opens the points addition page.
Click on the 'I want to destroy points instead' link to deduct points from your account. Enter the required points to be removed and click DESTROY. This updates the point balance.
Click on in the Manage Organizational R&R Budget, then click on View History. You can download the point transactions in PDF or Excel from the Point Statement page.
