The Data section of Reports gives the complete details of feeds on the platform(conversations), budget lifecycle(budgets), award usage(awards),
Use the date range to customize the report for a specified date and click on the filter option to choose as per departments, locations, etc.
Download the data in CSV format by clicking on
The awards tab shows tabular data of the awarding workflow with options to finely filter as per viewing requirements. Filter data using Filter Icon and click APPLY. Choose the date range. To download the data, click on icon.
The Budget tab shows tabular data of the available budget with different users. The data also consists of all budgets created, their owners and the transactions from these budgets. Filter data using Filter Icon and click APPLY. Choose the date range. To download the data, click on icon.
The Redemption tab shows tabular data of the redemption history of the users. Filter data using Filter Icon and click Apply. Choose the date range. To download the data, click on icon.
The Gift tab shows tabular data of the gifts given to the users. It consists of Automated Greetings, Instant Gift and Festive gifts. Filter data using Filter Icon and click Apply. Choose the date range. To download the data, click on icon.
The Pending Nomination tab shows tabular data of the nominations workflow. The table shows the awards with nominations and their current status. You can read the current status of approvals from the Total Level of Approval and the Current Level of Approvals columns.
For example: if the Total Level of Approval is three and the Current Level of Approval is 1. There is a total of 3 levels of approvers and currently, it is pending at level one approver.
The Conversation lists feed details in all the groups on the empuls platform. The terminology used in Empuls for the kind of posts are:
Broadcast Post: A post that has been tagged to the whole group using @Group.
Award Post: Post created while giving an award.
Post: Normal posts
The Login tab lists the login details of all the users of the empuls platform.
The Leaderboard tab lists the data of the Engagement score earned by the users.
Similar reports can be downloaded for BudgetTransaction, Core Value and Reward Point expiry data points.
