The challenges of calculating the rewards point balance, tracking pending nominations, and tracking budgets are simplified with Live Status reports. Here the Super Admin is provided with the up-to-date status of all the program parameters, thus serving as a single spot to do all R&R tracking.
Use the data to track usage of budgets, redeemable points available with users, and status of pending nominations.
The Report has three sections. Live Status, R&R Statistics and Data.
You can find Live Status reports under Settings >OTHER SETTINGS>Live Status.
This report is updated on a real time basis .
