Configure and manage availability of custom items on the redemption catalog
Learn how to add an In house Catalog item for your org.
1.When a user redeems their points for an In house Catalog, the Catalog requests are visible under Settings >Rewards & Recognition Settings> In - house Catalog > Requests tab.
2. The Super Admin can take action based on the product availability and update the status with the comments .
