Plum keeps track of all the transactions of Xoxo Points, Xoxo Codes, Xoxo Links, Perks History, and Plum Pro. Reports allow you to check the status of your transactions along with details like invoice date, amount, invoice note, balance, and comments. You can also view the redemption history of the recipients.
How to view the reports as an admin?
To view the various reports as a Super Admin, please click on the “Reports” section on the left panel on the admin dashboard.
Now click on the “View Report” on the Wallet History card to view reports as a Super Admin/Admins
Note : Admins will only be able to see the reports of their own rewards sent by them while Super Admins can view all kinds of reports.
You will also be able to view different reports that cover different transactions done in the organization
You can also view the rewards which have been scheduled for the future and can also cancel them if you want.
You can also download these reports by clicking on the “download” button in the right top corner of the page.
How to check the Payments done so far?
After clicking on the “Reports” section, you will encounter a screen that is similar to the one above.
Now, click on the “View Report” under “Wallet History”.
Now, you will encounter a screen that looks similar to the one below.
You can view the payments done so far in the “Payments” section. You can do customization with the payment report by using filters as per your requirements.
You will be able to view the “Invoice Details”, “Amount”, “Recharged By”, “Date” and “Status” in this section.
You will also be able to export the excel of this information to your email id.
How to check the report for Xoxo Points?
To check the report for Xoxo Points, click on the “Xoxo Points” section.
You will be able to see all the transactions done so far. You will also be able to download the report by clicking on the download button in the right top corner of the screen.
How to check the report for Xoxo Code?
To check the report for Xoxo Code, click on the “Xoxo Code” section.
You will be able to see all the transaction details including “Campaign Name”, “Amount Used”, “Date” and “Status” amongst other details.
You will be able to download the report by clicking on the download button present in the top right corner of the page.
How to check the report for Xoxo Links?
Click on the “Xoxo Link” tab under "Wallet History” to view Xoxo Link transaction history.
With the new release, we allow users to get detailed xoxo-links reports with information fields as "recipient name", recipient email and date of delivery, campaign details,status, and much more.
You can also get the desired report with the filter option we provide in the report section. The available filter options are name and email id of the recipient, batch id, phone number, Generation date range, etc.
How to check my “Perks History” as an admin?
Visit the “Reports” section in the dashboard.
To view your “Perks History”, click on the “View Reports” under the “Perks History” tab.
How to check the report for “On Redemption Voucher?”
Click on the “On Redemption Voucher” to check the status and details of the transactions.
How to check the report for Plum Pro?
To view the report for Plum Pro, you will have to click on the “Plum Pro” section under the “Company Wallet History”.
How to check the report for "Integrations"?
We have two types of integrations:
1. Storefront integration (Eg: SAP, Darwin Box, etc)
2. CRM/Survey Tools/Marketing Tool Integration
To check the report for “Integrations”, please follow the steps below:
Go to the integration for which you need to generate the report in the Admin Dashboard.
Click on the “automation” inside the “Integration” (In this case, the integration is Hubspot)
If you scroll down, you will be able to view the report for the particular automation and also be able to download the report.
How to download the invoices for the transactions made?
Invoice can be downloaded in 3 easy steps. Go to Report>> Proceed to payments Section>> Click on the download symbol.
How will I know if the scheduled rewards are sent or not?
For any scheduled reward now that gets canceled because of low balance or threshold limit breach for an admin, the admin /super admin will get a notification detailing the rewards that have been canceled enabling them to take immediate corrective action to ensure that the rewarding experience is smooth for all end users.
