Getting Started

Follow the step-by-step guide to set up the integration between Xoxoday and Qualtrics, and create & run reward campaigns.
You can find Xoxoday plum on the Qualtrics marketplace, one can click on the "Get Started" button and fill in the basic information as First Name, Last Name, company name, etc. The Xoxoday team will reach out to you to get you started with the integration.

Step 1: Account creation and Password Reset

Once you get confirmation about the account creation, you can visit the url [email protected] and go to the "login option" and reset the password using the forget password option
Once the password is reset, you can log in to your account and click on the profile option on the top right beside the "cart" option and select the "switch to Admin" option from the drop-down.

Step 2: Connecting your Qualtrics Account to Xoxoday plum.

Once you land into your plum admin dashboard, you can click on the "Manage Integrations" option on the left panel, search for Qualtrics and click on connect button.

Step 3: Authentication of Qualtrics account

After clicking on the connect option, you will ask to confirm if you want to proceed with the integration post that you will have to authenticate your Qualtircs account, you just have to login into your Qualtrics account for the final connection to establish.

Step 4: Create a new Reward automation campaign.

Once the account is authenticated, you will be redirected to the Qualtrics automation page on plum dashboard.
Click on the “Create New” button to start a new Reward Campaign. Select "Public" and then click on continue.

Step 5: Selecting the Survey for which you to run the campaign

Now, select a survey for which you want the respondent to be rewarded using Select a Survey. You will able to see the active campaign surveys in the dropdown

Step 6.1: Setting up the email id field.

In this step, you will be required to select between the two case
    Please provide your email address to send a reward: Select this if you already have any sample question collecting the email id of the respondent in the survey.
    Create a question with "email" as input field: Select this if you already do not have any question collecting the email id of the respondent in the survey.

Step 6.2: Trigger Setting

Approval of the reward delivered can be done in two way:

Auto approval: The system will automatically the reward once the trigger is met

    Distribute reward for a custom time range: You can define the time range till when you want the rewards to be sent
    Max rewards count: Select the number of rewards you want to trigger through this campaign
    Allow repeat rewarding: Same respondent can be rewarded multiple time for filling the surveys again.

Manual Approval: Approval to send the rewards to respondents.

You will be shown all the respondent on the dashboard and you can manually approve them.
After you click on proceed button, you will be asked to select the xoxo-link campaign. You can learn more about setting up xoxo-link campaign here .

Step 8: Email customization

You can also customize the email template with personalized branding to be sent to the survey respondents.
Possible customization:
    The subject line of the email
    Logo Image
    Banner Image
    Personal Message
    Email footer
Now click on the Launch button to activate the Qualtrics Reward automation.

Step 9: Recharge your account to seamlessly execute the automation.

Click on the Recharge option on the left Menu bar to Recharge your Plum Account for the Reward automation campaign.
Click on Add Funds and Proceed with the Payment. Click here to know how to recharge your account.
