Compass Admin FAQs

What data can the user see?

Logged in users can see the data of their own, wherein for leaderboard top competitors will be visible.

Is leaderboard also part of the analysis?

Yes, and further can be used for gamification.

Is this a Game-specific feature?

Yes, Admin can configure a separate analysis widget for a separate campaign.

What are Reports and Analytics?

Partners can use this feature to analyze the performance of the respective campaign, This is a configurable feature and the widgets will be visible only when the admin configures it.

How do I know which team members have downloaded the Compass app?

Logs would be made available for viewing this information.

How do I remove users from my platform?

Users can be disabled but not removed from the platform.

How to create report visualization for a campaign?

Visual dashboards can be configured on the last step while creating a campaign. Click on Add Widget and select the desired graph and parameters for your dashboard. Multiple visualizations can be created for a given campaign.

How to create a leaderboard?

The leaderboard is created in the last step while creating a campaign.

Can I access my account on the mobile App?

Yes. You can download the mobile app in the Android playstore here & iOS appstore here.

Can I make digital recognition for an agent?

Yes. This can be done via Groups. Tag an agent using @agent_id and click on the badge/certificate icon to create a post for recognition.

What actions can be performed in a group?

Following actions can be performed in a group:
• Broadcasts
• Appreciations
• Starting a conversation
• Sharing media
• Commenting
• Tagging
• High-5

In what ways can I reward my agents?

Following are the ways to reward the agents:
• Xoxoday Points
• Digital certificates
• Digital Badges

Can I circulate video content to my team?

This can be done via Groups. Teams can be tagged using @group_name and the video link can be put in the group.

Can I communicate with individual agents?

This can be done via Groups. An agent can be tagged using @agent_id and message can be posted in the group.

How do I communicate important announcements to my team?

This can be done via Groups. Tag the group using @group_name and create your post for the announcement.

How often does the dashboard get refreshed?

The dashboard gets refreshed on a real-time basis.

Can I create custom reports for my sales team?

Yes. Custom widgets can be created for this.

Who can be the approvers of my program?

Only a super admin can be the approvers of the programs.

How can I set targets for my sales teams?

Targets are set in the Milestones & Rewards section while creating a campaign. Campaigns can be created by opening an existing program under View Programs on the left-hand side panel. An existing program can be opened by clicking the View icon in the Status column.

How do I create a new incentive program?

New incentive programs can be created in the ‘View Programs’ section on the left-hand side panel.

Can I create custom targets?

Yes. Targets can be customized with respect to agent/team/project.

Can I personalize the platform’s display?

Yes. The display platform can be personalized only by super admin.

How can I communicate a message to all members in a Group?

Select the Group and Start a new conversation. Use @group_name.

Where can I view the banner uploaded by me?

Banner can only be viewed on Mobile App.

How do I set up the platform after login?

  • Upload Company logo for branding.
  • Upload mobile banner for branding.

How do I change my password?

After logging in to your account:
  • Click on Security Settings.
  • Click on Change Password.

What do I do if I forget my password?

Click on Reset Password on the Login page and enter your registered email address. A link to reset the password would be shared on your email.

How do I Login?

Once the admin account is created, the admin would receive a Welcome email. The admin can set their password and login at https://compass.xoxoday.com.

How do I create an Admin account?

After the company registration, Xoxoday team creates the Admin account for the client.

What is Gamification?

Gamification is the use of gaming concepts and elements in non-game contexts to encourage participation and engagement of the participants by creating a fun environment.

What is Compass?

It is important to stay motivated to serve one’s potential as well as the best interests of the organization one is part of. Xoxoday Compass is one such enabler of this important element of success that can help transform the landscape of incentive management and performance achievement processes.
This is done by creating games, setting milestones, performance monitoring, real time report generation, gamification of progress and leaderboard, and ensuring accuracy in pay-out considerations and calculations. A game here refers to the visual representation of performance.

What are programs?

A program is mandatory to be created for creating new games/ campaigns. Once the program is created it can be opened to create new campaigns. A program can host multiple campaigns.
Only the Brand Super Admin, Brand Admin and Partner Admin can access this feature. A program cannot be created by a Partner User or Brand User.
Note:
  • Brand Super Admin, Brand Admin and Partner Admin would be referred to as Admins
  • Partner User and Brand User would be referred to as Users

Who can add groups in Compass?

Only an admin has the authority to create a group for the users. All existing groups that they create can be viewed under this section. A new group can be created by clicking on View All.

What is User Management in Compass?

Only Super Admin has the authority to create, assign and revoke Admin roles in this section. Click on the *+ icon to add a new admin.
Details of all Users whose details are imported in the Partner Management section will also be displayed in this section.
User Roles:

    Brand Super Admin: POC from the client
  2. 2.
    Partner Admin: Partner of the client managing the Partner User
  3. 3.
    Brand Admin: Employee of the client managing a Partner Admin
  4. 4.
    Brand User: End-user directly associated with the client
  5. 5.
    Partner User: End-user directly associated with the Partner Admin

This section also has a search button on the left. The search can be made using an email ID.

Adding a user

  1. 1.
    Click on ‘+’ on the top left. A form opens. 2, Enter the required information and select the user type from the User Access Level drop down

    Click Submit.

Editing an existing user

  1. 1.
    Search the user by email ID using the search icon on the right.
  2. 2.
    Select the record by clicking on the Radio button on its left side.
  3. 3.
    Edit icon will appear on the top right above all the records.
  4. 4.
    Click on this icon to edit the user details and click Submit.

Revoking access of an existing user

  1. 1.
    Search the user by email ID using the search icon on the right.
  2. 2.
    Select the record by clicking on the Radio button on its left side.
  3. 3.
    Disable User icon will appear on the top right above all the records.
  4. 4.
    Click on this icon to revoke access from the platform to a user.

Granting access to a user

  1. 1.
    Search the user by email ID using the search icon on the right.
  2. 2.
    Select the record by clicking on the Radio button on its left side.
  3. 3.
    Enable User’ icon will appear on the top right above all the records.
  4. 4.
    Click on this icon to grant access to the platform to a user.

How many milestones can I set for one campaign?

Any number of milestones can be set.
